There are many hotels in Paris, but this one is unique because it the name is the only thing related to an actual hotel.
Les Invalides in Paris, France consists of a complex of buildings created in 1670.  Louis XIV initiated the project by an order as a home and hospital for 4 thousand soldiers. Nowadays you can find the Military Museum (Musée de l'Armée).

To the south you will find the Saint-Louise Church and the church Del Dome or de la Cúpula where Napoleon Bonaparte was buried in 1840. His tomb is made up of 6 coffins that fit one into the other. Les Invalides is located in the 7th arrondissement only 400mts away form the Military School in front of the Eiffel Tower. Les Invalides are open from 10am to 6pm from April to September and from 10am to 17pm from October to March. Both of them are closed every first Monday of each month.
