This museum is located in the Montmorency chateau (built in 1743) and contains the pieces of the well-known painter Ernest Hébert (1817-1908) during the second half of the XIX century. This artist had an official career in the Second Empire and Third Republic when he had the obligation to decorate the Pantheón. It was in Italy that he found his inspiration source for the themes of his piece, country scenes that evoke the Millet.
The monuments and museums pass is accepted.
